One of the best decisions I made when I first became General Counsel many years ago was to ask for executive coaching. Coaching helped me to become the leader I wanted and needed to be.
I discovered how to lead with greater confidence in a way which was authentic to me, and unleash and champion the potential in others in a collaborative and empowering way.
I quickly realised that coaching accelerated my growth, impact and success – and- elevated the success of those around me as I developed a coaching approach to my work.
I’m passionate about coaching in business because it works!
I have personally coached many people in business to successfully step into new levels of leadership:
– from taking on new roles and responsibilities;
– navigating business expansion;
– to supporting them to find their own authentic leadership style and voice.
They have each unleashed new levels of potential by using their authentic strengths as a compass from which to navigate their working life.
I loved the powerful effects of coaching so much that I became a fully accredited Executive Coach with Meyler Campbell’s Mastered business coaching programme. I’ve since coached many people in business to successfully step into new levels of leadership whether taking on greater roles and responsibilities or supporting them to find their own authentic leadership style and voice. Dropping what is getting in their way, while turning the dial up on their strengths.
